Members sign up

Members register on the club’s website in two minutes and the club activates them with their starting category.

Already have a level in another app? It serves as the starting point; after that only club matches count.

The ranking starts

Each result is reported in 30 seconds and the opponent has 12 h to reject it. The club sets the season, minimum matches and prizes.

If there is a disagreement, the club decides — not an algorithm. That is what makes the ranking credible.

Is it already running at a club?
Yes. Padel La Galera in Gran Canaria already has its ranking up and running, and on 3 November 2026 its Individual League Autumn 2026 kicks off with 4 groups and 20 players. We are looking for more clubs on the islands.
What does a player account include?
Your own account, your exact score, complete match history, the club ranking, opponent search at your level, court booking, your padel calendar synced with your phone, plus access to the tournaments and classes your club runs. No usage limits.
Do I need a Playtomic account?
No. Padelante is 100 % independent. You get your own account and ranking — no dependency on Playtomic or any other platform.
How does the ranking work?
Every reported competitive match updates your points. You gain or lose them based on the result and your opponent’s level — beating a stronger team is worth more. The club is split into 5 tiers — Diamante, Oro, Plata, Bronce and Cobre — with 10 fine-grained categories in total, and you move up or down automatically when you cross a threshold.
What if the opponent doesn’t confirm the result?
The opponent has 12 hours to reject it. If there’s no reaction, the result is confirmed automatically and the ranking updates itself. No more frozen matches.
Can my club have its own internal ranking?
Yes. Every club gets its own instance on its own domain (e.g. ranking.yourclub.com, or yourclub.padelante.app until it has a website), separate database, internal ranking, admin panel, tournaments, academy and its own public page if it doesn’t have a website yet. Get in touch and we’ll look at it, no strings attached.
Is it only available in Gran Canaria?
For now we focus on the Canary Islands, starting in Gran Canaria. We want to stay close to each club rather than sell licences from a distance. If your club is on the islands, get in touch and we’ll come and see it.
Do we have to drop our booking system?
No. Court booking is just one more module. If your current system works, Padelante sits alongside it without touching it; if the club prefers, bookings from the app, WhatsApp and phone all run through Padelante. Payment stays at the club.
What if players don't enter their results?
It's the most common doubt, and a fair one. Players do it when something is at stake: the ranking is permanent, so every match counts all year round, and the club can add a season with prizes per division for those who play a minimum number of matches. On top of that, the club can see in its panel who hasn't reported for a while and mention it at reception.
What about self-employed coaches?
Each coach signs in with their own account and keeps their schedule, students, attendance and rates there. The coach decides what the club gets to see. Their students stay theirs.
Who owns the members' data?
The club. Players register at the club's own address, not in a shared directory, and the database belongs to the club and can be exported at any time. There is no lock-in.
Can we use just one part of it?
Yes. Ranking, academy and tournaments work independently. You can start with the ranking only, the academy only, or everything at once, and add the rest whenever it suits you.
Can it run on my club’s website?
Yes. Padelante runs on the club’s domain, for example ranking.yourclub.com: all it takes is one CNAME record in the DNS pointing at the platform, and we set it up. Every visit counts on the club’s website, not in a shared directory. If the club has no website yet, it starts at yourclub.padelante.app.
