Mide el primer mes como punto de partida y después cada mes: partidos por socio activo, socios que juegan al menos una vez al mes, horas reservadas por los socios del ranking y quién lleva 30 días sin jugar. Si casi nadie llega al mínimo, bájalo; si llegan casi todos, súbelo.Take the first month as a baseline, then measure monthly: matches per active member, members who play at least once a month, hours booked by ranking members and who has not played for 30 days.
